SA Web Development (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is based in San Antonio, Texas, and operates sawebdevelopment.com. We respect the information you share with us. We never sell, rent, or trade your contact or business information.

1. Information we collect

When you use this website, send us an inquiry, or use one of our free tools, we may collect:

  • Contact details you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, current website address, and anything you tell us about your project.
  • What you enter into our tools. Public website addresses and business names typed into tools such as the Website Grader or Local SEO Checker, so we can run the technical review you asked for.
  • Anonymized visit information. The page that referred you, campaign tags (“UTM” parameters) in the link you followed, and standard browser and device information. We use this, in aggregate, to see which of our marketing works.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect only to:

  • Prepare plans, proposals, and cost estimates you have asked for.
  • Send transactional emails and text-message notifications about your request, using our email and text-messaging service providers.
  • Check that our forms deliver correctly and protect our systems from automated spam.

3. We do not sell your information

We do not sell, license, or otherwise make money from your contact information. We do not give it to data brokers, advertising networks, or unrelated companies, under any circumstances.

4. How we protect it

This website is hosted with a professional hosting provider. Information traveling between your browser and our servers is encrypted (TLS 1.3). We use strict Content Security Policy headers to limit what code can run on our pages, and we store data in encrypted databases managed by our database service provider.

5. Seeing, changing, or deleting your information

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it permanently deleted from our databases. Contact us at:

Does SA Web Development sell my information?
No. We do not sell, rent, trade, or license your contact or business information to data brokers, advertising networks, or anyone else, under any circumstances. We use it to answer your request and to run our own services, and that is all.
What happens to the website address I enter in your free tools?
We use it to run the check you asked for. When you enter a public website address or business name into a tool such as the Website Grader or Local SEO Checker, we use it to perform that technical review and show you the results. These are public addresses, not private data.
How do I see, correct, or delete the information you have about me?
Email privacy@sawebdevelopment.com or call (210) 346-0848 and tell us what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or permanent deletion. A short email is enough; there is no special form to fill out.
Do you track where visitors to this website come from?
Yes, in a limited, anonymized way. We record the page that referred you, campaign tags in the link you clicked, and basic browser and device information. We use it to learn which of our own marketing works, in aggregate, so we can stop paying for what doesn't.
